Quebec’s new secular school system

After much effort, Quebec finally reached the stage where it initiated a change in the Canadian Constitution to establish two school systems based on language, English and French.  See Quebec – 1997.  Before the implementation of the new system, major issues and details all had to be worked out.  The result was a secular school system  as described in a CRIPE newsletter.  View the newsletter by clicking on the link below.
